If you are reading this, you are no doubt like me, you love oils or may be curious about them but not sure where to start.
I receive a lot of questions about oils and which ones are the best oils to start with.
I have made it super easy for you.
There are a ton of oils out there and some of them have many uses. It can be overwhelming to know where to begin, so I’ve given you my top choices which are a great place to start.
The one thing about oils and anything on this journey is HAVE FUN, test them out and see which ones resonate with you. Remember if you don’t like the smell of one, there is always a similar oil that can assist you with your needs.
You don’t have to break the bank or join a MLM company (unless you want to). You can find most of these oils online or even at your local supermarket, etc. I purchase my oils from Alchemist Oils and Rocky Mountain Oils. I will also purchase every once and awhile from Young Living Oil as I love their oils blends, especially White Angelica oil (great for meditation and for me it has a very high vibration).
Whether you go to the office or work from home, here is a list of some of my go to oils that help keep me on track and my vibration high so that I can tap into my inner Rebellious Leader at all times.
I’d like to say it’s better than a hot cup of coffee or tea BUT I love my coffee! It is a nice pick me up and engages the senses. Hint: anything citrusy will help wake you up.

There is a lot of discussion on how to use essential oils safely. I say be as cautious as possible. I personally do not ingest essential oils.
Aromatic
Diffusion is one of the simplest methods for using essential oils aromatically. I prefer diffusers that use water over cold air. However, using essential oils aromatically does not require any special diffusing devices.
You can simply place a few drops of essential oils in the palm of your hand that is then cupped around your nose and inhale…Voila!!
Additional aromatic uses for Essential oils:
Topical
Essential oils can be used for skin care or massage. Make sure to dilute the oils with a carrier oil (such as fractionated coconut oil) and apply mixture to skin. Test out the oils on a small area of skin with one or two drops to make sure you do not have a reaction.
To decrease the likelihood of developing a skin sensitivity, especially on young or sensitive skin, it is advisable to use a carrier oil (such as Fractionated Coconut Oil) to dilute more potent oils and when trying an oil for the first time. The recommended dilution ratio is typically one drop of essential oil to three drops of carrier oil.
It’s always advisable to use several small doses throughout the day rather than a single large dose. Start with the lowest possible dose (1–2 drops). A topical dose can be repeated every 4–6 hours as needed. Because every individual is unique, the dose will vary for each individual based on size, age, and overall health status.
